We want you to love your Pandora jewelry, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your genuine items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original Pandora gift box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with the provided packing slip.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
